Third article by me to highlight the methods for really making predictions using planetary positions.
While making predictions, it is always an accepted rule that ascendant is the key house for the entire chart. All planets will give results to a particular person, depends on the position of the same in a chart reckoned from ascendant. Many visitors to me do not have fundamental knowledge of what is ascendant.
An astrologer knows it is the position of planet SUN moves around in a day, calculated at the time of birth. Though Sun occupies one rasi for the entire month of hindu calendar, in 24 hours as earth rotates its position changes and revolves around entire 12 Rasis (360 degrees), before the next day starts. Therefore, the ascendant has to be calculated based on the SUN RISE on that particular day.
To clarify more for my esteemed visitors, the ascendant is to be reckoned from the house sun occupies the day of birth of an individual.
On going through various old scriptures/vedas and other precious informations available, when a person dies his ATHMA (may be called as life) reaches SUN God and GOD totally removes his memory on last Janma and again sent back to earth and takes form as per his KARMA ( this is nothing but actions done while he was alive here). This is the reason the birth of an individual is reckoned by the position 0f SUN at the time/place of birth.
It is due to this reason, ascendant of a person is nothing but his ATHMA (may be called as life). This house in a chart is always the first house of the horoscope. Studying deeply this house will clearly show how the person will look like , what he will do in this birth?, the way he/she will talk, move with others etc. The owner of this house, his disposition, planets aspecting ascendant, and planets combining the ascendant lord has to be studied one by one.
The normal practise of predictions are ,if ascendant lord in kendra/angle and or beneficial disposition, will give good life for individual. This is not correct way to predict. Always, last generation houses has to be studied and relationship to ascendant lord will give better accuracy in predictions.
Many astrologers asked me even when ascendant lord aspects ascendant from seventh house, it does not give better results. As I told earlier, reason for this is due to the fact that application of rules prescribed in astrology was not understood perfectly by the person making predictions. For e-g With pisces ascendant and Jupiter aspecting from Virgo rasi , does not give good results normally, whereas,Jupiter gives best results while in Scorpio. The reason for such things are the special maleficial effects Jupiter /Mercury gives whenever they occupy squares from ascendant. This rule is applicable only for these two planets and only for horoscopes with anyone of the following ascendants:
Gemini/Virgo/Sagittarius and Pisces.
