Whenever you ask somebody about ayurveda, the most common answer you
will get is that its an alternative form of medicine. But thats not true at
all. Its more than just a medicine prepared from herbs. When you say a medicine
in common terms you also mean side effects which come with it. But the fact
is in Ayurveda there are no side effects at ll which makes it different from
medicine. Ayurveda is a remedy or cure for all your diseases and it cures
the disease for a longer period of time than any other allopathic medicine.
How did ayurveda come into being?
Again many know that ayurveda was born in Ancient India but think it came
into existence suddenly which again is a very false thinking. Ayurveda
evolved with time in India and it was time which made this ancient science more
and more perfect. It was perfected by the statistics which was derived from
the results , in short it was indeed perfected by experiements and results.
Plants, Nature, Herbs and Humans.
Nature has it all. The only mystery a human being not able to solve with
confidence is the mysteries of life and how it came into existence. So untill
that is solved one has to belive that God has given to nature the healing powers
to heal all beings including human beings and animals. This element of healing
is embedded in nature in the form of plants, trees, herbs. So Ayurveda is just
that, a form of nature to cure illness ranging from Asthama
to Stress.
Where to find the best resources for Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a very vast field and you will have to specially look for the
same. For example: Massage is a form of cure in ayurveda and its known as ayuverdic
massage. One of the sites which come to my mind which is quite informative in
this subject is www.bestayurveda.com.
