Life is full of ups and downs. You never know what is going to happen tomorrow. I have seen people reaching the zenith of success and than facing a free fall from top to bottom that too without warning. Many people who face such situation in life find it difficult to cope up with it and remain depressed and restless due to it. They find it difficult to concentrate on their work as thought of falling down again keeps returning to their mind. These fears prove very detrimental to their physical as well as mental health. The need of the hour for such people is to get rid of these useless thoughts so that they can focus on their work to bring back success in their lives.

I recommend a spiritual path to such people which can prove as a path of success and peace for such people. Spirituality is ultimate cure for all types of problems in life be it physical, mental or emotional. The first step of this priceless path is meditation. Meditation can be defined as stillness of mind or bringing your mind to a state in which it is thoughtless. In general it is only during our sleep that our mind becomes completely thoughtless. The idea behind meditation is reaching such mental state while being awake. This mental state is also referred to as spiritual awakening by eminent spiritual guru?s life Osho.

Meditation involves deep breathing exercises in which you are supposed to focus on your breath. In the beginning you will find it difficult to do so as your mind is very use to responding to the thoughts of fear, doubts, failure etc. that keep revolving in your mind all the time. Let these thought pass by like a wave without giving any heed to them. After a while you will be able to concentrate on your breath in a better way. Remember that you need to be patient because meditation requires patience and determination rather than aggression and haste. Once you are able to pay active attentions to your breath without any extra effort continue this activity for 10 to 15 minutes. When you feel that now your mind is completely under your control stop focusing on your breath. Ideally at this moment you will experience spiritual awakening as your mind is completely thoughtless and still.

You will receive spiritual bliss through this mental state. This state connects you to your soul. When you build direct connection with your soul you become more focused, fearless, confident and clear. Therefore, it becomes possible for you to bounce back easily just by practicing meditation regularly.
