In our movement to become better people, one can not set aside our as spiritual self. Personal Development will not be congruent with belief that we are just meat bodies. To be positive, effective and efficient you must believe in you own spiritual nature. Spirit is in everything, we are no different.

Our creative ability is an expression of our spirit. Quantum physics teaches us about the observer, who is that spiritual thing, that godlike being, that divine conscious that drives our very being. Our goals may vary from person to person, our abilities may be manifested in different ways but we are all the same when it comes to spirit. Our divinity is so denied, in that we allow so much distraction and noise to come into our daily life. We tend to forget that it is through our moments of silence that we can hear the truth, that we channel that power, which will drive us to success.

To be a person emitting confidence one has to resonate with confidence. That happens not by what someone says, it is what comes from inside of us. That spiritual thing, if we listen we get that which we want. We start to feel confidence, we think confidence, and the result is we gain confidence. It raises the question did we develop that confidence or was it there all the time, we just simply needed to get in touch with it.

How can we tap into our own divinity? Well that is easy, shut up! That is right you just have to be quiet and think about that which you want. Our universal master, our god, our higher self, however you want to label it, is always present, and never absent from any of your desires. To develop your own personal style or attitude of mind, you simply must become receptive to that which guides everything you do in life.

This comes to me through my own experience in life. Many a time I was not feeling very spiritual and thus anything that I would try would fail. But, when I became quiet, thought of what I wanted an answer always came to me. Sometimes it would seem somewhat silly or a waste of time. Yet my experiences are quite the opposite, what I expected not only came but nearly knocked me off my feet each and every time. I wanted confidence as a writer, it manifested. I wanted to be an artist, it came to pass. I wanted to reorganize my life and so it happened.

Silence is the key. Take time to get in touch with what is in the formless. The form will come at the right time and in the right place and in the right proportion. You want confidence then are quiet and concentrate on that. You want wealth, then be quiet don't overrule that which you hear inside of yourself. It may be a small shift that you need to make in order for those things to happen for you. Make the shift, don't deny yourself from the powerful force that you are a part of.

We are so easily led down a path by the perplexed and the mockers. Don't listen to them, listen to your soul, your inner being. That is where you will get the answer that is true for you, not from someone else?s negative comment. Success comes at a cost sometimes that is rather high, sometimes it is low. In either case, there will be a cost. Your soul, your spirit is involved in your personal development. Think about it. If you do not desire marbles suddenly all you see is marbles. That is just the way it works. Your personal growth whether it is having more discipline or better health, is determined by your spirit, since it takes what you focus on and brings that into being.

Always watch your thoughts, keep your spirit alive with thoughts of love and gratitude. A positive outlook and feeling that will help you get through anything. Focus on the silence, it will answer and give you exactly what you want. That I know is the truth. Personal development is based on the spiritual, which is formless, your desire is what gives it form.
