Positive thinking is not something you are born with. Most people were not raised to understand the importance of thinking positively, but it can truly determine the difference between a life of struggle, and abundance and freedom.

Positive thinking affirmations are meant to increase you ability to see the world in its true positive nature. Utilizing these affirmations for whatever purpose, can be very powerful, but instead of using specific physical things, I would suggest using affirmations to enhance your positive point of view on life.

Once you do that, almost every subject in your life will change. The reason being  you are going straight to the root of your emotions and not the superficial branches.

If you change the root, then everything built upon it must start changing.

How to use positive thinking affirmation:

The best way is to write your own affirmation and repeat a daily process for a minimum of thirty days (which is about the time it takes the brain to build a habit).

Once you've done that, you will start observing change in many areas of your life. It will start pretty subtle, but it will grow bigger and bigger like a snowball thrown down a hillside.

I do advise before you start working on your positive thinking affirmation, taking some time to think about what you really want in your life. What are your dreams? What does positive thinking mean to you? If you could have anything you want, what would it be?

Going through this process, will help you focus yourself and observe the changes around you. Without knowing where you are going, you're not going to get there.

Learn to think freely about what you want and stop hiding from your heart's desire.

After you've sat down with yourself, write down the affirmations you would like to implant in your subconscious mind.

Choose 3 and sit every day at the same hour and read them to yourself. Visualize and imagine how it feels to be positive and thankful for this great life. Do it 10 minutes for every affirmation and when you finish, simply let it go and go on with your day to day activities. Rinse and repeat daily 30 days.

That is basically how I use positive thinking affirmations, I've been doing it for some years now and it's become second nature to me. I would advise anyone new to this process to find a professional system that feels good to you. It is important to get help and learn how to use these techniques correctly.

Positive thinking affirmations are a great way to boost your confidence, abundance, relationships and any other subject under the sun. It is not a magic tool, it takes practice and patience. But when you succeed once, all the rest will be immensely easy.
