Although those new to yoga may feel intimidated, this need not be the case. If you are embarrassed there are always DVDs and other resources which you can use to practice in the comfort of your own home. This can be beneficial as you can tailor your progress to fit in with your own schedule, interests and fitness levels. Taking the time to find a local centre can also help as they can assist you by helping you to enrol on a suitable class. Through repetitive practice yoga will help you to receive direction of your thoughts and feelings and also increase your energy levels in ways which will give you the equivalent of having more hours in your day.
