In ancient times, Indian Master, Choa Kok Sui, established a rule that only select people were able to practice pranic healing. Those that were chosen received training in order to go on to become skilled practitioners of this effective healing method.

This method of energy healing is thought to be beneficial when it is used for common illnesses. The Sanskrit, Indian word, prana, means life-force. It is a bio-energy that is invisible and helps one to retain a state of good health.

The Chinese refer to this energy, as related to acupuncture, as Chi. In Hebrew, it is referred to as Ruach, also known as the Breath of Life.

During a treatment session of pranic healing, the practitioner transfers prana by way of touch from themselves to the person who is being treated. Normal function is restored to tissues and cells when they are ignited by this powerful force. The system then goes through detoxification during this process as toxins are encouraged to release.

Our body functions rely on positive physical energies. Blood circulation and all fluid flow through the body are dependent upon this positive energy.

In pranic healing, there are two basic laws that make up its foundation:

1. Self recovery is the thought that our bodies are able to heal themselves of most ails. They don't need medical intervention in order to repair burns, bruises or minor cuts. Ailments such as these can heal within a relatively short time when we provide our bodies with proper rest.

2. Life energy is a law that extends the belief that healing happens in a hastened manner when life energy is increased. When we use pranic energy, chemical reactions in the body can occur more quickly. When this practice is applied, areas in the body that are affected can heal in an accelerated manner.

This form of energy healing can improve stamina and increase good health through inner peace. A pranic healer can reduce your level of stress while enhancing memory and concentration.

It is said that those who suffer from migraine headaches can benefit greatly from this practice. A certain level of spiritual growth and improved self-esteem can be assisted in a single session.

An age-old energy healing technique, pranic healing can benefit you in your quest to become a more spiritual, positive being.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, I completely changed my lifestyle, dropped almost 50 pounds and began a regimen of complementary treatments to support my immune system and get my body healthy again.
