The word of God is full of great scriptures that show how Jesus Christ healed people, and not just him but others who followed after him healed people just the same. If I wrote those accounts this article wouldn't fit on the page. So here are just a few.
Luke 9: 1
Then he Jesus called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases...
James 5: 14-18
Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.
Confess your faults on to another, and pray one for another, that you can be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man benefits much.
Elijah was a man subject to the same passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain: and it didn't rain on the Earth for 3 years and 6 months. And he prayed again, and the sky gave rain, and the Earth brought out her fruit.
1 John 4
God Loves me! That's not the actual scripture. I'm referring to the entire chapter (21 verses, not that long and you should read it sometime). This just basically sums it up, and if you want be healed, then God certainly wants you to be. Because He had Christ injured for your healing, as it says in 1 Peter 2:24: by whose stripes you were healed.
