The first thing is keep control on your diet. Avoid fatty foods and increase the consumption of foods such as mango, papaya, ginger, bitter greens, pineapple and bitter melons. Drink plenty of lukewarm water throughout the day. You can also take lime water. It will help you flush out all toxic agents from your body.

Peppermint is very much beneficial is controlling weight. You can add peppermint leaves to fresh green vegetable salad or juice. Try peppermint tea if you enjoy drinks.
