also offer additional email services.
If the desired advisor is currently available, their listing will show a “Call Now” button. Once you click on the button, your telephone will ring. Press the “1” button on your touch-tone phone, and you’ll be connected with your chosen advisor. If the desired advisor is not immediately
available, arrangements can be made for a “Call Back” at a later time, or a telephone appointment can be set up. Once an account has been established, Keen customers can also call 1-800-ASK-KEEN directly, and enter the extension number for their chosen advisor.
At the end of each phone session, customers are asked to submit feedback and overall ratings about their experience. Ratings are given on a numerical scale between 1 and 5 stars. The personal advisor’s overall rating is then updated, showing the number of individual customer responses received.
Any written feedback is also immediately attached to the personal advisor’s listing. Customers have 90 days from the transaction date to leave written feedback.
Keen’s website is broken down into various categories falling under two main sections: “Personal Advice” and “Social/Entertainment”. Categories contained in the “Personal Advice” section include Love and Relationships, Psychic Readings, Tarot Readers, Spiritual, Astrology/Horoscopes, and Other.
The Psychic Readings category is further broken down into Life Questions, Financial Outlook, Otherworld Connections, Voices from Beyond, Pet Psychics, and Dream Interpretation. The Astrology/Horoscopes category is broken down into Astrologers, Chinese Astrologers, and Recorded Forecasts.
Categories included in the “Social/Entertainment” section include Celebrity Models, Friends, and Flirting.
Keen also features an “Adult Only” category within its Social/Entertainment section. This area of the site requires user registration and is restricted to members who are age 18 and over. The “Adult Only” section contains sexually oriented materials and content. All listings must conform to the
applicable federal, state, and local laws. Child pornography is strictly prohibited. Age verification is required during the member registration process.
Keen strives to provide a good experience for callers. If you get a reading with Keen that isn’t satisfactory then you can apply for a credit to your member account up to $25.00. In order to claim your refund you must:
• Leave detailed, written feedback on the Member's feedback page describing why the call was unsatisfactory.
• Give the Member a one-star feedback rating.
• Fill out and submit a customer support form within seventy-two hours of the call for which you'd like to be credited and iinclude the call's time, date and amount.
Requests for refunds are reviewed by a human and Keen reserves the right to refuse a refund.
