It is well clear to everyone that the pressure and stress in the modern world is increasing day-out and day-in, and there hardly appears any sign that you could get yourself out of this mess! However, with the abilities of psychics, you become apt in controlling your conscious mind and pay attention to the sub-conscious. The inability of conscious mind to think extra, or about the things that are different from the ideas and conditions that our life creates, makes the need of psychics more important. The ability of psychics to use the power of sub-conscious mind to tap the energy from spirit world, and to use them for their life, is like a candle put in store that can be used in case of power failure!

Psychics is a relative spiritual phenomenon and there are varied experience among people from different walks of life-some people who meditate regularly, and do other stress relieving techniques, find it easy to use psychics, and also to comment on how they have felt a connection with the universe. The basic principle of spirituality that there is something higher is power and energy than the physical frame, also underscores the idea of psychics. Astrology and other phenomenon of knowing the past, present, and future of the people constitute the idea of psychics, which is highly evolved art of mind control and ability to use the sub-conscious mind.

The idea of psychics sometimes seems too much away from our daily lives, and sometimes sounds even mystical or fictional; but in reality, due to the same origin of all of us, we ourselves can tap that source, which can help us reduce our stress and pressure. It is like tuning to the sounds and voices or energy rays, which are there always, but if we attune ourselves to those rays, we can certainly receive the message and act accordingly.

In India, they have a very beautiful basis for this concept, and this makes the base of their music system-they have two types of musical sounds: struck and un-struck. The sounds produced in this world are called struck sounds, but the sounds that travel in space and the whole universe are called un-struck. It is noticeable here that these sounds were believed to be hearable, but only by the realized people, called "Yogis". The condition of being realized to hear those sounds again points to the ability of sub-conscious mind, which is acquired after constant practice and controlling of the conscious mind.

The idea of psychics or awareness about the consciousness has also entered other occupational areas, like, organizations and firms, where stress and decision-making increase the pressure on the minds of people working there. A whole new approach to the management is considered and approved on the basis of psychics, as managers are asked to use their own sub-conscious and intuition for management purposes-a direct call for management by consciousness. There are many managerial skills and other techniques that are taught worldwide to the managers to control, organize, and maintain the employee satisfaction, and at the same time to gain optimal levels of work; but very recently, people have started taking interest in the other aspect of the personality of a manager, namely, consciousness!

The bottom-line of all the spiritual practices that all are equal at the core makes a perfect sense for psychics, and people who use the power of their sub-conscious mind believes in this fact that they can attune themselves to the universal self, who works within everybody, and therefore, they can make the predictions and know other things about them. Sometimes the idea of psychics attains a religious outlook, and in a particular culture the value of this practice attains the height of demigods, though essentially everybody possesses the same power-the need is to know and tap those powers so that they can be used, at will!
