The word hippotherapy is derived from the Greek word "hippo," that means "horse." It describes physical, occupational, or speech therapy too uses the multidimensional movement of a walking horse to stimulate the rider and boost grow balance, well posture, mobility, coordination, and strength. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of a Fine Motor training program on improving the academic achievement for students with ADHD. Although both the experimental and the control groups improved their WRAT-III scores over the time of intervention, the experimental group showed a significantly greater improvement than the control group. The results indicate that the FMT program had a significant efficacy on the improvement of academic achievement for students with ADHD.
