Although actual practices resemble yoga, martial arts, meditation, and other recognizable Eastern disciplines, they have been modified with the said intent of uncovering the practitioner’s natural brain potential. Lee’s Power Brain Kids book describes that these practices may also be combined with other games and activities intended to develop mind-body connection and mental acuity. Collectively, the techniques have been termed Brain Education System Training (BEST) (formerly known as Brain Respiration).

Lee categorizes all of his training techniques under one or more of the five sequential steps that comprise the BEST method. The focus of each step is as follows:

1) Brain Sensitizing: Stress management, awakening of the five senses, physical health, and brain awareness.

2) Brain Versatilizing: Enhanced learning ability through the creation of new synaptic connections.

3) Brain Refreshing: Emotional release, emotional control, and positive mental outlook.

4) Brain Integrating: Developing latent brain abilities and increasing communication between diverse parts of the brain.

5) Brain Mastering: Improved decision making and developing a clear sense of life purpose.

Lee teaches that while the brain is the primary focus of his training methods, the health of the physical body as a whole is of primary concern in the initial phase of training (Brain Sensitizing). Exercises and practices followed during this phase are heavily influe<div

This typically includes a variety of exercises that are said to be designed to open up the energy meridian system of the body. and work to open up the body’s seven major energy centers, known as chakras.

Lee’s Korean Institute of Brain Science (KIBS), which was granted [http://www.un.org/esa/coordination/ngo/faq.htm UN ECOSOC "roster consultative status"] and Lee’s International Brain Education Association (IBREA) report that Lee’s programs not only help children develop better memory and concentration but also certain supernatural abilities (or Extrasensory Perception – ESP) due to “Heightened Sensory Perception,” as their studies find that children could identify colors, shapes, and letters while blindfolded. – although this ability was found by KIBS to diminish significantly with less ambient light and greater filtering of the viewed material. While Lee asserts that these findings are based on cognitive neuroscience, mainstream neurologists generally regard such conclusions as strongly lacking in scientific support A scientist from the University of California at Irvine (UCI) reported in 2005 that Ilchi Lee’s demonstration of these abilities in children at UCI failed and are ‘pseudoscience.’

Lee says that although the underlying philosophy has remained the same, he continues to “refine and improve” the methods. He recounts in one newspaper report that the techniques have evolved from breathing methods to meditation to its current emphasis on the brain. An early English-language book by Lee, ”Dahn Meditation”, which was published in 1997, focuses primarily on Ki development through Lee’s “practical and modern” version of traditional Korean Dahn Hak techniques and does not mention any exercises specific to brain development. The book describes stretching exercises (“do-in”), meditation for energy sensitivity (“ji gam”), energy dance (“dahn mu”), and energy building exercises (“haeng gong”).

Adapted from the Wikipedia article Ilchi Lee, under the G. In Hinduism, particularly in an esoteric context, the four states-of-matter describe matter, and a fifth element describes that which was beyond the material world (non-matter). Similar lists existed in ancient China and Japan. In Buddhism the four great elements, to which two others are sometimes added, are not viewed as substances, but as categories of sensory experience.

Classical elements in Babylonia

The concept of the four classical elements in the Western tradition originates from Babylonian mythology. The ”Enûma Eliš”, a text written between the 18th and 16th centuries BC, describes four cosmic elements: the sea, earth, sky, and wind.

Classical elements in Greece

The Greek classical elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Aether) date from pre-Socratic times and persisted throughout the M
<img

The Greek five elements are sometimes associated with the five platonic solids.

Plato characterizes the elements as being pre-Socratic in origin from a list created by the Sicilian philosopher Empedocles (ca. 450 BC). Empedocles called these the four “roots” (ῥιζὤματα, rhizōmata). Plato seems to have been the first to use the term “element (στοιχεῖον, ”stoicheion”)” in reference to air, fire, earth, and water. The ancient Greek word for element, ”stoicheion” (from ”stoicheo”, “to line up”) meant “smallest division (of a sun-dial), a syllable”, as the composing unit of an alphabet it could denote a letter and the smallest unit from which a word is formed.

According to Aristotle in his ”On Generation and Corruption”:

* Air is primarily wet and secondarily hot.

* Fire is primarily hot and secondarily dry.

* Earth is primarily dry and secondarily cold.

* Water is primarily cold and secondarily wet.

One classic diagram (above) has one square inscribed in the other, with the corners of one being the classical elements, and the corners of the other being the properties. The opposite corner is the opposite of the these properties, “hot – cold” and “dry – wet”.

According to Galen, these elements were used by Hippocrates in describing the human body with an association with the four humours: yellow bile (fire), black bile (earth), blood (air), and phlegm (water).

Classical elements in Hinduism

The ”pancha mahabhuta,” or “five great elements”, of Hinduism are ”kshiti” or ”bhūmi” (earth), ”ap” or ”jala” (water), ”tejas” or ”agni” (fire), ”marut” or ”pavan” (air or wind), ”byom” or ”shunya (or akash?)” (aether or void). Hindus believe that the Creator used akasha, the most “subtle” element, to create the other four traditional elements; each element created is in turn used to create the next, each less subtle than the last. Hindus believe that all of creation, including the human body, is made up of these five essential elements and that upon death, the human body dissolves into these five elements of nature, thereby balancing the cycle of nature set in motion by the Creator. Each of the five elements is associated with one of the five senses, and acts as the gross medium for the experience of sensations. According to Hindu thought, the basest element, Earth, was created using all the other elements and thus can be perceived by all five senses – hearing, touch, taste, smell, and sight. The next higher element, water, has no odor but can be seen, tasted, heard, and felt. Next comes fire, which can be seen, heard and felt. Air can be heard and felt. “Akasha” (ether)is the medium of sound but is inaccessible to all other senses.

Buddhist elements

In the Pali literature, the ”mahabhuta” (“great elements”) or ”catudhatu” (“four elements”) are earth, water, fire and air. In early Buddhism, the four elements are a basis for understanding suffering and for liberating oneself from suffering. The earliest Buddhist texts explain that the four primary material elements are the sensory qualities solidity, fluidity, temperature, and mobility; their characterization as earth, water, fire, and air, respectively, is declared an abstraction—instead of concentrating on the fact of material existence, one observes how a physical thing is sensed, felt, perceived.

The Buddha’s teaching regarding the four elements is to be understood as the base of all observation of real sensations rather than as a philosophy. The four properties are cohesion (water), solidity or inertia (earth), expansion or vibration (air) and heat or calorific content (fire). He promulgated a categorization of mind and matter as composed of eight types of “kalapas” of which the four elements are primary and a secondary group of four are color, smell, taste, and nutriment which are derivative from the four primaries.

The Buddha’s teaching of the four elements does predate Greek teaching of the same four elements. This is possibly explained by the fact that he sent out 60 arahants to the known world to spread his teaching; however it differs in the fact that the Buddha taught that the four elements are false and that form is in fact made up of much smaller particles which are constantly changing.

Thanissaro Bhikkhu (1997) renders an extract of Shakyamuni Buddha’s from Pali into English thus:

Seven chakras

In the philosophy of the seven chakras there are correspondences to the five elements as shared by both Hinduism and Buddhism as well as two other elements:

*Sahasrara (Crown): Thought/Space

*Ajña (Third Eye): Light/Dark

*Vishuddhi (Throat): Ether/Sound

*Anahata (Heart): Air

*Manipura (Navel): Fire

*Svadhisthana (Sacral): Water

*Muladhara (Root): Earth

Bön elements

In Bön or ancient Tibetan philosophy, the five elemental processes of earth, water, fire, air and space are the essential materials of all existent phenomena or aggregates. The elemental processes form the basis of the calendar, astrology, medicine, psychology and are the foundation of the spiritual traditions of shamanism, tantra and Dzogchen.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche states that

The names of the elements are analogous to categorised experiential sensations of the natural world. The names are symbolic and key to their inherent qualities and/or modes of action by analogy. In Bön the elemental processes are fundamental metaphors for working with external, internal and secret energetic forces. All five elemental processes in their essential purity are inherent in the mindstream and link the trikaya and are aspects of primordial energy. As Herbert V. Günther states:

In the above block quote the trikaya is encoded as: dharmakaya “god”; sambhogakaya “temple” and nirmanakaya “house”.

Chinese elements

The Chinese had a somewhat different series of elements, namely Fire, Earth, Water, Metal and Wood, which were understood as different types of energy in a state of constant interaction and flux with one another, rather than the Western notion of different kinds of material.

Although it is usually translated as “element”, the Chinese word ”xing” literally means something like “changing states of being”, “permutations” or “metamorphoses of being”. In fact Sinologists cannot agree on one single translation. The Chinese conception of “element” is therefore quite different from the Western one. The Western elements were seen as the basic building blocks of matter. The Chinese, by contrast, were seen as ever changing and moving forces or energies—one translation of ”wu xing” is simply “the five changes”.

The Wu Xing are chiefly an ancient mnemonic device for systems with five stages; hence the preferred translation of “movements”, “phases” or “steps” over “elements”.

In Taoism there is a similar system of elements, which includes metal and wood, but excludes air, which is replaced with ”qi”, which is a force or energy rather than an element. In Chinese philosophy the universe consists of heaven and earth, heaven being made of ”qi” and earth being made of the five elements (in the Chinese view, the attributes and properties of the Western and Indian Air element are equivalent to that of Wood, where the element of Ether is often seen as a correspondent to Metal). The five major planets are associated with and named after the elements: Venus 金星 is Metal (金), Jupiter 木星 is Wood (木), Mercury 水星 is Water (水), Mars 火星 is Fire (火), and Saturn 土星 is Earth (土). Additionally, the Moon represents Yin (陰), and the Sun 太陽 represents Yang (陽). Yin, Yang, and the five elements are recurring themes in the I Ching, the oldest of Chinese classical texts which describes an ancient system of cosmology and philosophy. The five elements also play an important part in Chinese astrology and the Chinese form of geomancy known as Feng shui

The doctrine of five phases describes two cycles of balance, a generating or creation (生, shēng) cycle and an overcoming or destruction (克/剋, kè) cycle of interactions between the phases.

”Generating”

* Wood feeds fire;

* Fire creates earth (ash);

* Earth bears metal;

* Metal collects water;

* Water nourishes wood.

”Overcoming”

* Wood parts earth;

* Earth absorbs water;

* Water quenches fire;

* Fire melts metal;

* Metal chops wood.

There are also two cycles of imbalance, an overacting cycle (cheng) and an insulting cycle (wu).

Japanese elements

Japanese traditions use a set of elements called the (”go dai”, literally “five great”). These five are earth, water, fire, wind/air, and void. These came from Buddhist beliefs; the classical Chinese elements (, ”go gyô”) are also prominent in Japanese culture, especially to the influential Neo-Confucianists during the Edo period.

*Earth represented things that were solid.

*Water represented things that were liquid.

*Fire represented things that destroyed.

*Air represented things that moved.

*Void represented things not of our everyday life.

Adapted from the Wikipedia article Classical element, under the G. Using touch, verbal interaction, exercise, nutrition and other methods, practitioners of polarity therapy seek to balance and restore the natural flow of energy which, it is claimed, flows from the universe and into the body through the chakras. The aim is to re-establish “balance”. In addition to polarity bodywork, specific polarity yoga exercises, counseling/positive thinking, and nutritional recommendations are claimed to enhance vitality.

Between 1947 and 1954, Stone published seven books describing polarity therapy principles and applications. These were subsequently consolidated into three volumes: Polarity Therapy Vol. I and Vol. II (CRCS, 1986), and Health-Building (The Book Publishing Co., 1999), Principles of Polarity Therapy.

Advocates and practitioners of PT claim that a subtle, invisible and intangible energetic system is the substrate for all phenomena. According to proponents, if the energetic flow is corrected and restored to its original design, the form will follow. Further, they claim that blockages in the flow of energy lead to pain and disease (directly contradicting the germ theory of disease), or be experienced as stuck emotions and lack of vitality. They claim that this is similar to the measurable and quantifiable electromagnetic bond between electron and proton that forms atoms, a claim which is not scientific, but pseudoscience. There is no scientific basis for this belief, nor any reproducible measur<div

While an electromagnetic metaphor is often used, Stone emphasized that the energy concept had a larger context; he referred to it as the “Breath of Life” and used esoteric language (such as ”ki”, ”ch’i”, ”prana” and ”life force”) from spiritual traditions (especially mystic Christianity, Ayurveda, Taoism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism and Yoga) to describe PT.

Adapted from the Wikipedia article Polarity therapy, under the G. Starting with ”Anatomy of the Spirit: The Seven Stages of Power and Healing” (1996), which overlapped seven Christian sacraments with seven Hindu chakras and the Kabbalah’s Tree of Life to create a map of the human “energy anatomy”; this was followed by ”Why People Don’t Heal and How They Can” (1998), which explored the reasons people do not heal through her concept of “woundology.” Her next book, ”Sacred Contracts: Awakening Your Divine Potential” (2002) dealt with the issue of finding “Life Purpose,” while describing Sacred Contracts as “a set of assignments that our soul had formed around before incarnation”. She has since appeared on the The Oprah Winfrey Show numerous times.

By 2000, she discontinued doing private medical intuitive readings, and instead started teaching it, through her workshops, seminars, radio shows and guided tours. Going from the tail bone to the top of the head, the colours are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. Different stones are believed to have different healing vibrations, so a treatment based on the type of stone may be used instead. Stones may also be used at the feet in an attempt at grounding the individual, or held in the hands. Practitioners may also use tools such as crystal wands, which are placed near the receiver’s body, or near a certain ‘blocked’ chakra, or use to perform psychic surgery, normally conducted with laser quartz wands.

Believers in crystal healing may carry crystals around with them, believing that they impart healing powers to them wherever they go, or that they have positive vibrations that attract positive events and interactions with others.

Adapted from the Wikipedia article Crystal healing, under the G.

By: Hibiscus Moon
I am often asked why or how crystals heal us in the various ways that they are known for or how they help us to vibrate at different frequencies. My favorite way to answer these types of questions is to show how science and metaphysics agree with each other and discuss all the ways that science is now finally catching up to metaphysics. “Science and religion are not enemies. There are some things that science is simply too young to understand” (quote from Dan Brown’s book Angels & Demons). We tend to think that we have power or dominion over “lesser” kingdoms such as minerals, however, when contrasted; we are relatively short-lived, quite unsteady and easily energetically influenced due to our emotions, which are simply energy. The human body’s vibrations can move out of its base resonance frequency very easily when we experience any type of stress. Actually, since we are connected and influenced by everything, including crystals and stones, our malleable vibrational nature makes it so that just about anything can interact with our energy field and can leave its mark! The abilities to heal and vibrate at the correct frequencies are already present within the cells of your body just waiting to oscillate with the correct frequencies.

I promise not to bore you with too much physics! However, a little bit of physics will really help you to understand the reasons why the crystals and stones work. In addition, many times, knowing “why” really boosts the effectiveness of a process’ abilities. Where thought goes, energy flows. Quantum physics has proven to us that our conscious thoughts influence the actions of subatomic particles; therefore, it goes without saying that we are creating our own reality with our thought patterns. It’s important to realize that the entire physical universe is made up of pure energy and vibration. In fact, Einstein determined that energy and matter are actually one in the same. E=mc2! So crystals have vibrations just as everything else does and different forms of matter and energy vibrate at different vibrational frequencies, known as their individual base resonant frequencies. These different frequencies depend on the crystal’s specific molecular composition, size, thickness and color (light frequencies). This frequency is expressed in units called hertz (Hz). That wasn’t too bad, right?

Being that they vibrate, crystals are a kind of vibratory tool. One of the unique features of crystals is that their molecules are arranged in a fixed, regularly repeating pattern. Since they are so geometrically perfect, they have the lowest possible state of entropy and easily maintain their base resonant frequency, unlike us. One of the unique features of crystals is that their molecules are arranged in a fixed, regularly repeating patterns. Since they are so complex and geometrically perfect, they have the lowest possible state of entropy and easily maintain their base resonant frequency. Crystals, in turn, entrain the cells around them, creating this state of greater complexity and reducing entropy in so doing, increasing the health and longevity of the body.

Now, let me preface the rest of this article by saying that crystals and stones are healing and ascension reinforcements and do not do all the work all by themselves. The person needing the healing needs to put their intentions towards their goal. Where thoughts go, energy flows or as the Buddhist message says, “Reality exists only where we create focus.” Stones and crystals can facilitate this endeavor. The crystals and stones are not the cause of your healing, but rather they are tools that support and amplify your self-rule and clear intentions. Of course, if you cannot resonate with this information and think this will not work for you then that is exactly what you will manifest. This will not work for you. Your intention and your intuition are the most powerful factors of whether crystals and stones will work for you.

Please allow me to discuss just a bit more science behind the crystals to help us understand how they work. I promise to try not to geek out too much on you. You may already be familiar with the fact that quartz crystals, rubies, tourmaline, sapphires, emeralds and many other crystals are often used in technology. For instance, quartz crystals have a continuous vibrational frequency that never varies allowing them to operate at a very exact vibrational frequency. That non-varying pulsation emits programmed information into their environment making quartz a favorite for technology. Some crystals, again, such as quartz crystal, are also piezoelectric, meaning they take on an electrical charge when they are squeezed. The quartz clock is a very familiar device using quartz for this purpose. Some crystals are pyroelectric, meaning they take on an electrical charges when heated, like tourmaline. The core of the Earth itself is a huge iron moon-sized hexagon crystal, like a diamond in the center of the Earth. How nicely this fits with a common prescribed practice of using Hematite, an iron oxide mineral, to ground and anchor to Mother Earth our Earth Star and Root Chakra. The spinning of the Earth’s layers around this massive iron crystal is what creates the Earth’s powerful electromagnetic field.

Stones and crystals are known to heal us, align our chakras or allow us to vibrate at a various rates. In order to achieve these results, you need to know what stones resonate at the correct frequency for what you are trying to achieve. One method of learning which stones resonate at that correct frequency is to turn to the ancients and their recorded information. Thankfully, much experimentation has already been done for thousands of years by the many ancient civilizations (ancient India, China, Egypt, Native American, Australian Aborigines, etc.) with the art of ‘laying on of stones’. These civilizations have already figured out through much meditation and experimentation. They recorded what stones help with what needs or ailments. To go along with this, there are a multitude of highly recommended books written by respected authors on the subject that are usually primarily based on what the ancients have determined for us.

A second way to work with crystals is to meditate with them. Since I feel that one’s intention and intuition are the most powerful factor in whether crystals and stones will work for you, one can meditate with a stone or crystal first and see what they pick up and relate with. Often times, people will receive information or specific types of energy when meditating with their stones. Some of this information may come over very powerfully. If this happens, cross reference the acquired messages with a highly recommended crystal/ stone reference books. You will find that it usually matches up. If, however the messages are different, go with the information you received in your meditation. Messages are usually more accurate for personal use and work more powerfully than anything found in a book. But you will only learn this through experimentation.

A third way to work with crystals is to determine their elemental content. Often times, if you research the mineral and elemental content of the stone or crystal you will notice that it completely harmonizes with the messages you received during your crystal meditation. For instance, let’s look at lepidolite (very pretty pinkish lavender mica stone; a potassium lithium aluminum silicate…please bare with me here). Let’s just choose two of these elements to discuss. Potassium helps control the release of chemical messages to your brain while lithium, in small doses, helps to prevent episodes of frenzied moods. Lo and behold, we find that lepidolite is found to be important in balancing the emotional body and soothing the mind. What is happening here scientifically? Well, you are bringing the lepidolite into your electromagnetic field (EMF), which is strongest within a torus field (a 3D donut shape) of 4 feet around your body, but extends outward to about 12 feet. In metaphysics, this torus of energy is often referred to as your aura (I get so excited when we see the connections between science and metaphysics!!). So whenever you bring a crystal or stone into your EMF, the crystal or stone acts as an oscillator, in other words, a frequency stabilizer. The lepidolite has its own energy torus as well, which will entrain your more easily influenced EMF to resonate with it, vibrating certain frequencies within you that resonate with that stone. In the case of lepidolite, the potassium in it will resonate with the potassium within you. So your body will perceive that it has more potassium and will biochemically respond to that. The other elements present with lepidolite will do the same. In fact, there is a famous cellular biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton who stated in his book The Biology of Belief that our own DNA has the ability to examine the surroundings for relevant frequencies and then reshapes itself accordingly. These effects will be multiplied if you are consciously directing your atoms, DNA and frequencies with purpose to move into resonance with lepidolite’s atoms and frequencies. The resonating frequencies may actually remove obstructions in your aura (or EMF) or chakras by actually vibrating them free! If you place the lepidolite directly on your third eye chakra, that specific chakra vortex will seek to find resonance with the lepidolite. This vibrational resonance will make emotional and physical biochemical changes within your body as well as your EMF. Confirming this, Western medical researchers have discovered that the precise arrangement of matter (crystals, atmosphere, bacteria, other people, etc.) that is within your body’s immediate environment (in your EMF torus) are interconnected with and influence the feelings and emotions you are experiencing.

Another way we can determine resonant frequencies of stones is to match up their color with their corresponding chakra colors. Ensuring you use crystals or stones whose colors correspond with the chakra colors allows harmonizing photons of light to generate light color healing or therapy. This type of healing is achieved by introducing light of specific frequencies (colors) into someone’s EMF which will in turn entrain their emotional and biochemical state. Again, many cultures knew and practiced this therapy and science has only recently begun to catch up. Let’s use lepidolite for our example again. Lepidolite is our lavender, light purple or pinkish stone. It is often used for either the heart or third eye chakra. I would determine which chakra I used it for by looking at the specific color of the stone; if more pinkish, I would use it for the heart chakra and more purple, would be used on the third eye chakra. The heart chakra involves emotional issues and the third eye deals with releasing one’s ego and acceptance of the soul so it only makes sense that lepidolite resonating with either the purple or pink frequency is known to help in balancing emotional extremes and to teach the mind to live in the “now”. You may also choose to infuse a specific color into a person’s entire EMF and not just focus on one chakra. Color therapy (chromotherapy) also works by permeating a particular light frequency (in the case of lepidolite, let’s say pink light, fabric and surrounding one with pink colored lepidolite’s) into one’s EMF and surrounding environment. By doing this, you can change one’s emotional and biochemical state in a powerful way.

Finally, one more way that I feel crystals could work to heal our bodies is through a yet unnamed modality I will call crystal photon therapy, which also works with light, but in a slightly different way. This therapy is still in its infancy but is very promising. It’s based off of a physics principle which states that as you approach the speed of light entropy in systems (such as the human body system) begins to slow down and gets closer to zero decay the closer you get to the speed of light (or zero disease). This would mean disease reversing itself. Scientists have noted that when we are emotionally or physically healthy our biophotons, which are units of electromagnetic radiation in each of our cells and DNA, are high in number. When we are ill, these biophotons are low. When we work with crystals, we energize them (as they do us) bringing us closer to what some call “enlightenment”. As a side note, this marvel concurs with many sacred traditions which state that at the most advanced stage of “enlightenment” our body is transformed to light energy, E=mc2. Now this energizing “enlightenment” allows the crystals we’re working with to emit photons of light which can vary in intensity. Scientists have also discovered that an increase in oxygen also increases our biophotons. These excited biophotons may be yet another explanation for a strong, healthy, bright aura. Therefore, in my reasoning, working with oxygen based crystals, such as those in the quartz family, means we are surrounding ourselves with photons of light encased in oxygen atoms thereby supporting cellular repair and healing. Scientists have found cells (including DNA) 99% destroyed by UV light can be almost entirely repaired just by illuminating the cell with the same wavelength at a much weaker intensity. Therefore, if we increase the crystals in one’s EMF we will increase the amount of photons inducing this powerful healing effect on the body and mind. In fact, scientists have started using various light tools to communicate the nutrient and mineral information in the form of light into the body, entraining it biochemically the same way as eating the nutrient or mineral would do, synchronizing with my earlier thoughts on working energetically with the elemental compounds within crystals.

Once we understand how and why crystals work with our vibrational frequencies, we can clearly see that they can be used as very effective tools to help with healing and the ascension process. Through working with crystals and stones in the way that resonates best with us individually in our own spiritual practices we may work on our consciousness and ascension process. Remember, where thought goes, energy flows.

In summary, 5 Ways to Work with Crystals and Stones Healing Properties:

Turn to the ancients and their recorded information. />a number of different methods that anyone can start restoring the heart chakra. One particular element having to do with this specific chakra happens to be air. At this point you’ll uncover the fire breathing process used to take advantage of it’s powerful energy. You need to know, women of all ages that are presently menstruating probably should not practice this particular routine.

You will start with remaining relaxed at a cozy posture. This may be at a seat or perhaps on a pillow with your legs crossed.

Always maintain your spinal column upright, have the neck extended with your head a little bit back as if you are a marine standing at attention.

Close the eyes and let both hands to lay with your thighs.

It’s very helpful to try and allow the muscle tissues within the abdominal to relax.

Then, initiate inhaling and exhaling at a swift speed by using your nostril. The emphasis on the exhalation and inhalation should really be matched, neither ought to be very much more concentrated or powerful then the other.

Remember to keep your flow of air very shallow, barely at the tip of your nasal area. To start, you should always be deep breathing at any healthy tempo operating to an even more continuous rhythm. Make sure to avoid thinking about the actual diaphragm and lungs, concentrate on the inhaling and exhaling. Your entire abdomen is going to pulse on it’s own flow to your flow of air.

Do that for one few minutes and then ease off.

If you want to making use of this method to another level, it is possible to improve the tempo of your inhalation more, and thus boost the time frame that you keep up this respiration to roughly six minutes.

In the event you consider yourself a professional practitioner, you could go a level further through increasing the acceleration and strength of your inhaling and exhaling, and practice the exercise for about twelve minutes.

It’s not necessarily advisable for people that has not successfully done this unique inhalation training in the past to advance past a minute or so the initial few times.

Treating one’s heart chakra is definitely important since it represents an important role in keeping people at peace, open to empathy, as well as love. Maintaining the chakras in harmony is very important to decrease anxiousness, maximize health,combat health issues, in addition to infections. It’s in charge of the flow of the bloodstream in the body, the heart, the lungs, and circulation. As well as the fact that this specific energy center provides a powerful effect over all of our feelings and emotions.
For a lot more related information related to opening your chakra centers check out this sacral chakra training.

No related posts.

Using Tantra to Enrich Everyday Life

Kundalini And Intimacy

Chakras

Couples massage

Couples tantra

Kundalini

Lingam

Tantra

Tantric massage london

Yoni

Tantra can be used to help you every single day. You’ve probably heard of tantric sex and stories of 40-hour lovemaking sessions. It’s a bit of an exaggeration, but it is a very slow, focused type of intimacy. That notwithstanding, Tantra can help you in more ways than just in the bedroom. There are concepts stressed that can be carried over into other aspects of your life. It is the belief that every can learn to express oneself in a very creative manner, and that goes for several different things, both at work and at home.

There are two basic types of understanding acquired in Tantra. The first is understanding your body. In tantric sex, in order to know what your partner wants, you have to know what you want first; then you may communicate these wants to your partner and reach a mutual understanding. This translates to other areas as well. The body is a complex thing and understanding your body and what makes it function goes a long way in helping you take care of yourself appropriately every single day. The body will experience certain periods of disharmony, such as sickness or pain. The objective is to understand these periods of disharmony and what you need to do to bring your body back into harmony, as it should be.

The second understanding in Tantra is understanding the mind. Through our minds, we experience dreams, thoughts, wants, and desires. It is through these actions in the mind that we reach a deeper understanding of ourselves. In times of imbalance, the mind can suffer through rough states such as stress, emotional imbalances, and even nervous breakdowns. Understanding our minds is essential, because understanding how the mind functions and seeking the ways to bring it back into balance requires analysis of everyday life and how we react to the events that occur in our lives.

Tantra helps you understand your mind and body in ways that you probably never thought of before. While many people think of tantra and sex, it can be applied in many other facets of life. Getting a feel for and understanding your body is a skill not very many people learn, and even if they do, they are generally afraid to admit publicly. Many people never truly comprehend everything about their mind, but through meditation they may be able to get a deeper insight into what actually goes on in there.

My aim is to bring together all facets of Tantra and make it accessible to the average person and working to bring Tantra into the professional sphere to pass this knowledge onto students

Life has lead me down a curious path but one in which I discovered Tantra, and Tantric Massage, it has now become a lifestyle for me and a very happy one too in which through this portal I can share with you what I have learned.

Please visit http://www.tantricmassagelondon.net/couples.html for more information about tantric massage sessions for couples

Namaste x

No related posts.
